Constanza Urdaneta Romano

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Marketing at the University of Texas at Austin, in the Marketing Strategy track.

My research examines how internal organizational dynamics shape marketing outcomes. Broadly, I study how leadership structure, workforce composition, and employee behavior influence marketing processes within firms.

Prior to joining the doctoral program, I gained experience in the art market, working at both an auction house and a gallery. I hold a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin, with a minor in Arts Management and Administration.
